December 20, 2013 exactly 5:00pm at SM Megamall Megatrade Function room A, a press conference happened for both Anime Alliance and Angel-taka (band vocalist of Jrock band called Uchusentai Noiz).
Philippines will be under "observer status" for World Cosplay Summit for the upcoming year 2014 , Anime Alliance asked for the support of the band Uchusentai Noiz for speed processing of the Philippine status for the said cosplay competition.

Is there a chance [for Uchusentai Noiz] for a solo concert here in the Philippines?

The press conference ended with an invitation signing by both parties, Angel-taka as representative of the group, Noiz, and Ms. Tessa Villareal for Anime Alliance.
The presscon was followed by a short performances and a Photo-op by the invited fans in the venue.
